"There’s brilliance in the brine" encapsulates House of Seaweed’s ambition to lead the global sustainable seaweed industry by revolutionising how this abundant ocean resource is harnessed. A refreshed brand identity, design assets, and promotional media drive this vision, positioning House of Seaweed at the forefront of Scotland’s food and drink sector.

During my internship with House of Seaweed and Oshan, I played a key role in their rebrand, developing a range of design assets, including social media content, website and on-pack illustrations, sample packaging, and promotional imagery. I also designed apparel worn by the CEO and co-director at the prestigious MadBlue Impact Summit in Madrid, where they won first prize. My work contributed to their growing recognition, including sustainability impact awards, a new website, and expanded public awareness—integrating seaweed into everyday life through merchandise and innovative product designs.
